One night room accommodation shall be charged for no shows. Non-guaranteed reservations shall be released by the hotel at 4:00 pm of date of arrival. Guaranteed reservations shall be required for identified peak dates. Otherwise, booking shall be released five (5) days prior to arrival. PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS Where CREDIT facilities have been extended by Radisson Blu Cebu: All invoices shall be paid within the approved credit terms from the date of receipt The Business Partner is responsible for any withholding taxes. The Business Partner shall provide Radisson Blu Cebu with the original copy of the Certificate of Tax Withheld (BIR Forms) within thirty (30) days for every payment withheld. No deposit shall be required unless otherwise specified. Should the Business Partner fail to settle the accounts within the said credit period and/or exceeds the credit term approved, the Radisson Blu Cebu reserves the right to withdraw the credit facility. The Radisson Blu Cebu also reserves the right to refuse any new bookings on a credit basis until all outstanding accounts are settled. Invoices unpaid after the credit period shall be imposed an interest of 1.5% per month. Claims for VAT Exemption or zero rating should be properly supported by a valid certification from BIR for the current year. Where PREPAYMENT facilities have been offered by Radisson Blu Cebu: Bookings shall be guaranteed at the time of reservation or at least seven (7) days prior to guest arrival. Reservations shall automatically be released if prepayment is not received as specified above. Confirmation of booking shall only be given upon receipt of full payment. In the event credit facilities are requested by the Business Partner, an appropriate credit application must be completed by the Business Partner and approved by the Radisson Blu Cebu twenty (20) days prior to guests arrival.
