Dear Colleagues in AASHPI,
 

I am humbled by the opportunity to serve as the National President of AASHPI. It is a great honor and privilege to take on the initiative and carry on the journey that we have started. I am inspired by the accomplishments that our association has already made, hence I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the past officers who have paved the way for us.

Throughout the years, AASHPI has remained persistent in upholding HR Excellence in the academe. Our years of service as the human resource association of educational institutions serve as a testament to our unwavering commitment to Servant Leadership, People Empowerment, Innovation, Knowledge, and Excellence.

As we celebrate our 25th anniversary, let us reaffirm our commitment to excellence in building people and institutions through people management, organizational development, research, innovation, linkages, and advocacies. Let us strive to stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and statutory changes that impact our institutions.

And as we navigate the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead, let us show our unwavering commitment and support in the fulfillment of our goals onward to greater heights.
