 AASHPI invites HR Practitioners, Officers, and School Administrators to join the webinar “The Role of Salary & Benefits Survey in Recalibrating Relevant Post Pandemic Compensation Management Programs on August 5, 2022, from 1:30 to 4:30 PM.

With the hybrid setup that impacts the workforce, employers are compelled to revisit their total rewards strategies. Let us learn the relevant compensation and benefits practices across industries in order to recalibrate and adapt to the changes of times.

In this learning session, participants will:

  1. understand pressing concerns on compensation and benefits of employees across industries through the 2021 PMAP Salary and Benefits Survey Report;
  2. benchmark pre-pandemic and pandemic compensation management practices through the survey results; and
  3. formulate strategies on how to implement a total rewards program in a hybrid setup. 

Join us as we gear towards creating a more relevant and timely compensation and benefits program for a hybrid workforce.




Mr. Bobby Marquez Jr. is a full-time Human Resources Consultant, whose specialization is in the field of Organization and Compensation Management. He has done extensive consulting engagements in compensation management specifically in the areas of Job Evaluation, Design of Salary Structures, Salary and Benefits Survey, Variable Pay Plans, Performance Management System and Competency Development Program.

Prior to his capacity as a full-time HR Consultant, he has held the following positions in various companies as follows:
1. VP for Human Resources for the following companies
   1.1. HSBC
   1.2. Alcatel Philippines, Inc.
   1.3. Sterling Tobacco Corp. (Rothmans of Pall Mall Holdings Ltd.)
2. Director for Strategic Compensation and Systems – ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corp.
3. Human Resources Manager – American Microsystems, Philippines, Inc.
4. Staff Assistant/HR Head – Beer Division, San Miguel Corporation
5. Job Analyst/HR Officer – Erectors, Inc.

He has obtained a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science major in Psychology and has completed a foreign post-graduate course in Management Development Program. He is an active member of the PMAP (People Management Association of the Philippines), where he is currently an in-house consultant and professional lecturer. He has conducted various training programs in Compensation Management, Job Evaluation, Design of Salary Structures, and Total Rewards Management, among others.

He is also a program facilitator for the Certificate Course in Compensation Management for PMAP’s partner universities such as Miriam College, San Beda College Alabang, and the University of Asia & the Pacific. He is a duly “Certified Total Rewards Professional” (CTRP) and earned his certification from the ASEAN Institute of Total Rewards – Singapore, in 2017.
