What they say about Millennials... The Millennial Leadership Study conducted by Virtuali, a leadership training firm and consultancy, and Workplace Trends.com, a research and advisory portal for HR professionals, say that Millennials want to become leaders. It is further supported by the 2016 Deloitte Millennial Survey, that younger employees, or the Millennials, are actively encouraged to aim for leadership roles and that they pointed out the most prized factor in an organization to be ’leadership’.
