What they say about Millennials...
The Millennial Leadership Study conducted by Virtuali, a leadership training firm and consultancy, and Workplace Trends.com, a research and advisory portal for HR professionals, say that Millennials want to become leaders. It is further supported by the 2016 Deloitte Millennial Survey, that younger employees, or the Millennials, are actively encouraged to aim for leadership roles and that they pointed out the most prized factor in an organization to be ’leadership’. Forbes Magazine reported that based on the survey of Deloitte, the Millennials will make up 75% of the global workforce by the year 2025.
As a Millennial, are you prepared for the challenge of being your nation’s future leader? How can you prepare yourself for your success in the future?
The speakers, your fellow Millennials, can teach you and other participants how to take on the challenge of being future leaders and successful professionals.
What are you waiting for? Learn and be a Leader!
