The Region IV and Cavite chapters of the Asian Association of School HRMD Practitioners, Inc. (AASHPI) offer another learning session on the topic DOLE Department Order No. 170 "Anti-age Discrimination in Employment" and Department Order No. 174 "End of Contractualization": Applicability to Educational Setting with Atty. Anna Maria "Ada" D. Abad as the Resource Person. The learning session will be held on June 30, 2017, 1:00 to 5:00 PM at St. Joseph Hall, Colegio de San Juan de Letran Calamba, Ipil-ipil St. Bo. Bucal, Calamba City, Laguna. Registration will start at 12:30 PM. In this regard, we would like to invite you to be part of this informative session. This is a must-attend for all School Administrators, Human Resource Practitioners, Faculty, Students of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business and Educational Management. The objective of this learning session is to have the participants be updated and be more knowledgeable on how contractualization and anti-age discrimination are interpreted and implemented in the academe. In order to do so, school administrators must ensure an alignment of the job expectation, employee performance, and compensation package given for the position in all levels.
