QUALIFICATIONS

Chapter's Rate

  1. Chapter President (CP) will gather ten (10) member participants and endorse the list to the National Office Secretariat (NOS).  List will be acknowledged by the NOS.
  2. There must be at least ten (10) paid/confirmed participants to enjoy the rate.  Identified participants may follow the special cut-off for them.
  3. Payment must be done on or before applicable cut-off period in the AASHPI PNB account. NOS will advise the CP on any payment remitted by the participant. OR will be released during the convention.
  4. Strictly no refund for non-attendance.
  5. Chapter President may get 50% discount of the officers' rate if the target of 10 pax is met. 

System Discount

  1. All participants must be active members of AASHPI.
  2. There must be at least ten (10) participants registered one-time to enjoy the applicable rate.
  3. Only one Official Receipt (OR) will be released to the school availing the system discount.
  4. Payment must be done on or before applicable cut-off period in the AASHPI PNB account. NOS will acknowledge any payment remitted by the system coordinator. OR will be released during the convention.
  5. Strictly no refund for non-attendance of any one participant previously registered in this group.

Big Group Rate

  1. All participants must be active members of AASHPI.
  2. There must be at least seven (7) participants registered one-time to enjoy the applicable rate.
  3. Only one Official Receipt (OR) will be released to the school availing the group rate.
  4. Payment must be done on or before applicable cut-off period in the AASHPI PNB account. NOS will acknowledge any payment remitted by the system coordinator. OR will be released during the convention.
  5. Strictly no refund for non-attendance of any one participant previously registered in this group.

Small Group Rate

  1. All participants must be active members of AASHPI.
  2. There must be at least four (4) participants registered one-time to enjoy the applicable rate.
  3. Only one Official Receipt (OR) will be released to the school availing the group rate.
  4. Payment must be done on or before applicable cut-off period in the AASHPI PNB account. NOS will acknowledge any payment remitted by the system coordinator. OR will be released during the convention.
